The UCF Knights’ offense rebounded against Cincinnati after tough loss against East Carolina.  They seemed to regain their footing in the ranks as one of the top overall performing offenses in college football.  In their win over #20 Cincinnati, the Knights defense put up a total of 505 yards of offense.  They now rank in the Top 25 in 5 different offensive categories and Top 50 in another 10.
