AP Top 25 Poll Week 11
The college football season continues to provide fans with unmatched entertainment and there seems to be one of the highest levels of parity across the sport that we’ve seen in some years. Following last weekend’s slate full of great matchups and unexpected outcomes, there is plenty of movement across the AP Top 25 Poll.
Georgia stays atop the poll after their big win over Tennessee, who fell to the No. 5 spot, as TCU enters the top four, continuing their undefeated season with a win over Texas Tech last weekend.
Following the great game between SEC foes, Alabama and LSU, both teams see significant movement in their rankings within the poll. LSU jumps eight spots with their 32-31 overtime win over the Crimson Tide. Alabama falls four spots following their loss in Death Valley.
Clemson falls out of the top ten, to the No. 12 spot, after Notre Dame upset the Tigers. This is the first time Clemson has been ranked outside of the top ten this season.
Four new teams enter the poll, as Texas, Notre Dame, Washington, and Florida State are this week’s newcomers.
