Tyler Van Dyke and Henry Parish Jr. led the way offensively for the Hurricanes. Van Dyke had another very efficient game, throwing for 220 yards and 3 touchdowns, while completing 17-of-24 pass attempts. Parish Jr. had a great game on the ground, rushing for 139 yards and 2 touchdowns, while averaging 8.7 yards per rush.
Miami dominated Temple in the run game on both sides of the ball. Offensively, the Hurricanes ran for 323 yards, averaging 7.7 yards per rush. Defensively, they allowed only 11 rushing yards, and 0.7 yards per rush.
With the win, the Hurricanes advance to 4-0 for the first time since 2017, where they finished 10-3. Cristobal and his staff continue to prove they are moving this Miami program in the right direction.
